We use Mapbox to provide location-based suggestions and mapping features. When you enter a location, the Mapbox API is used to convert that input into coordinates. This data is stored only if you submit it as part of your profile.

We use JSON Web Tokens (JWTs), stored in localStorage, to verify your identity and control access to protected parts of the platform. Clerk also uses its own secure session handling practices to maintain login state.

5. Contact Form

When you submit the contact form, your message, name, and email address are sent securely via Resend. We do not use this data for marketing purposes and only retain it for support and development improvement purposes.

6. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. Your data may be shared with trusted third-party processors such as Clerk, Stripe, Mapbox, MongoDB, and Resend, solely to deliver core functionality. These providers are required to maintain confidentiality and comply with applicable data laws.

You may request access to your personal data or deletion of your account at any time by contacting us. If you are under 18, your parent or guardian may request this on your behalf.

8. Data Retention

We retain your profile information as long as your account remains active or as required by law. Contact messages may be kept up to 12 months for internal review purposes.

We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we discover such data has been collected, we will delete it immediately.
