All purchases of digital credits are final. We do not offer refunds for credits that have been partially used. Refunds will only be considered under the strict conditions outlined below.
2. Eligibility for Refund
A refund request may be submitted if:
- No credits from the purchase have been used
- The refund request is made within 12 hours of the original purchase
If any credits from the transaction have been used, no refund will be granted.
3. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be granted under the following conditions:
- Credits have been partially or fully used
- The refund request is submitted after the 12-hour window
- Users request a partial refund (e.g., for unused remaining credits)
4. Refund Process
To request a refund, please email support@nexxt.team with your account email, purchase details, and reason for the request. Refund requests will be reviewed within 7 business days.
5. Discretionary Clause
All refund requests are subject to review and approval. We reserve the right to approve or deny any refund at our sole discretion, even if eligibility criteria are met.
